A "seat" refers to a single user license, allowing one individual team member at your company or organization to access and use the CORE platform to manage your client portal. Each team member who needs access to manage your CORE portal will require their own seat.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there a minimum contract duration?
Our plans are flexible, with options for both monthly and annual subscriptions. Choosing an annual plan will provide an approximate 20% discount compared to the monthly option. -
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can adjust your plan as your needs change. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that you may need to deactivate some of your customers from the portal in order to downgrade to a plan with lower portal user limits. -
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?

What happens if I exceed my plan's usage limits?

How does billing work for additional seats added mid-cycle?
Additional seats added during a billing cycle are prorated. You'll be charged for the remaining period of the current cycle. -

All plans include access to our standard email support channel. Our Standard plan adds live chat support and our Pro plan adds both live chat and phone support.
